Free trial
New FairPilot accounts may receive a 30-day free trial. Under the current configuration, no payment card is required to start the trial.
End of trial
When the trial ends, access to subscription features may be restricted until a paid subscription is activated. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription where no payment method was previously provided for that purpose.
FairPilot Monthly
The current FairPilot Monthly subscription costs €9.90 per month. The applicable price is shown before the user confirms the subscription.
Payment
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. By confirming a paid subscription, the user authorises the charge shown through the selected payment method.
Renewal
FairPilot Monthly is a recurring monthly subscription. While active and not cancelled, it renews according to its monthly billing cycle and the associated payment method may be charged again.
Subscription management
Billing can be managed from Account → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription. The Stripe Customer Portal may provide access to invoices, payment methods and cancellation options.
Cancellation
Users may cancel through the available subscription management options. Where cancellation is configured to take effect at the end of the current billing period, access remains valid until that date and the subscription will not renew for another period.
Payment failure
If a charge cannot be completed, the subscription may enter a payment-required or past-due state. Access to paid functionality may be limited until payment is regularised.
Data after cancellation
Cancellation does not necessarily cause immediate deletion of the account or its data. Retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy, available functionality and applicable legal obligations.
Refunds and legal rights
Requests concerning charges, cancellations or refunds are assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Price changes
Prices or plan characteristics may change in the future. Where changes affect an existing subscription and prior notice is required, users will be informed before the new conditions apply.
