Identification and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the FairPilot digital platform.
FairPilot is designed to help professionals organise trade fairs, sales, commissions and related activity.

FairPilot service
FairPilot provides tools including fair planning, sales records, commission calculations, currencies, dashboards and statistics.
FairPilot is an organisational tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
Account and security
An account is required to use private FairPilot features. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
Free trial
FairPilot currently provides a 30-day free trial without requiring a payment card. After the trial, access to paid functionality may be restricted until a subscription is activated.
Subscription and payments
FairPilot Monthly is currently available for €9.90 per month. Payments are processed through Stripe.
User data
Users remain responsible for the information they enter, including fairs, companies, sales, values and commissions. These records are used to provide FairPilot functionality and are not public by default.
Acceptable use
FairPilot must be used lawfully. Attempts to compromise security, access other accounts without authorisation, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful activity are prohibited.
Availability
We aim to keep FairPilot operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, security measures or third-party infrastructure may occasionally affect access.
Intellectual property
The FairPilot software, visual identity, structure and proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Use of the service does not transfer ownership rights to the user.
Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered and decisions based on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity or serious breach of these Terms.
Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, operational practices or new functionality.
